• Emphasis on staff’s mental health/overall satisfaction • Working with likeminded people who want to help others change careers and their lives • There’s room for junior/mid roles to be part of some senior conversations • Fun environment and socialising as a team is always an option
Cons
• You need to be able to change pace and adapt to new ways of doing things fast, otherwise it can get draining • Nothing else really, I feel very lucky to work at Makers
