      Pros

      Pros? Any other team then the one I was in. I had a great relationship to most other teams

      Cons

      It's the most clicky, fake bullying environment I have ever either worked in. You must be besties with the woman managers or you get bullied out. Nice to your face and then come for your job.

      Great people, good work-life balance, helpful for career advancement, nice campus and location downtown Detroit, hybrid work model.

      Cons

      Project timelines can be pretty tight/quick turnarounds. Sometimes have to work weekends and overtime.

      Mostly remote, decent pay, good benefits/time off

      Cons

      Training is reactive, not proactive. You're thrown in the mix and it feels a bit like sink or swim. Too many meetings and when deliverables stack up you have to navigate both. Can be extremely stressful.
