These are the things that I love most: - The best people work here: Thanks to our awesome recruiters and dept heads/hiring managers, we continue to add inspiring, creative, kind, and fun people to work at MakeSpace. And our leadership team is inspiring, innovative, transparent, and accessible. They carry our culture! We really are lucky to have the greatest and most passionate leadership team. - Flexibility: As long as you produce , you are given the flexibility you need. :) Work life balance is not a problem here - Autonomy: If you want to improve a process or procedure, you're very much encouraged to take ownership and do so. It's part of our 4 company values. - Fun: trivia nights, wine tastings, game nights, midday treats, charitable donations, holiday parties, etc. Remote we have daily happy hours, Netflix parties, Zoom challenges, Slack challenges, etc. we are a fun team!
