Pros
previously it was a good company. sometimes good project and full ownership.
Cons
1. The salary is below industry standard. The pay disparity is too much. The hike you get on promotion is peanuts. literally peanuts. The company is doing great with respect to their revenue and i guess mostly it comes not from booking but with these cost cuttings. avg office, no such good recreational area to become fresh. 2. The culture is becoming toxic, no perks, all 5 days office with 8 hours of logging required, strictly monitored and limited leaves in the name of unlimited leaves policy. (this is crazy, donot fall in this trap). 3. The food is below avg, They charge for food, I mean if the company is charging for food at least provide a good meal for your employees. 4. The budget for an outing is very limited. The irony is company is MMT and employees themselves cannot have a good offsite because of the limited budget. That is too much man, not against working but give the freedom to employees and they shall pay you back with their work.
