Change in leadership (CEO) in 2022 was the start of the Chapter’s downfall. By 2023 it was apparent that if you were not 100% in lockstep with the CEO on how things needed to be managed or changed, your days were numbered. While you were not fired outright, poor and incomplete communication often left those individuals in the dark with feelings of frustration and confusion as to “why”.
