MAD's culture and the fact that everyone is trying to work for the children is the most beautiful aspect.

Cons

Some weekends would go towards traveling but it was worth it as we met children and volunteers on ground.

The core team needs to come up with a solid structure to operate. They make too many changes to their operation model
