Pros
Great industry experience in a world class construction company that is well known in the industry within the country. Good for fresh grads who wanted to start a career in the AEC industry. It is a good career starter. Good stepping stone for a great experience and industry knowledge. Very great company if you enjoy being a corporate slave while getting mediocre pay.
Cons
Mediocre salary and benefits, very minimal to no raise at all, definitely not worth it if you plan to work in the company for the long term, especially in terms of compensation. Very long working hours, and sometimes, you'll get forced to work overtime, or worse, overnight. Getting regularized usually takes around 7 years or more, or most likely you will not get it, since it depends on your relationship with your superiors and manager, not on your performance. The treatment you will get from your superiors is mostly, a hit or miss. It can be a great relationship who will provide you with great mentorship, or it can be a nightmarish experience where you will just get humiliated and will treat you like a slave on a daily basis, because they can do that without any consequences, and management couldn't care less.
