Pros
There are fully remote positions and fully remote working is a given in my project.
Cons
Too much work, always understaffed, cannot get new people because of low salaries, existing people burnt out and on sick leaves constantly. Overall demotivating spirit, management delegates too much to subordinates because of pressure from client and it's a vicious circle.
