Pros

- Benefits were good (but prescription coverage just cut back significantly. concerned about other benefits in future years.) - Working on baseball is cool. People get a kick when you tell them. - There are great people there especially on the lower levels.

Cons

- Despite increased productivity during remote work, commissioner followed Bezos/Musk w/ 5 days RTO. Wouldn’t listen to any managers. - Commissioner feigns caring but is visibly annoyed during town hall Q/A’s when asked about legitimate worker concerns. - Much like the 30 billionaires that own the company, corporate is composed of fiefdoms. If you’re in the right one, you’ll get resources and promotions. If not, sorry. - HR no longer represents anyone other than top management.
