Pros

Nice colleagues that bonded over sufferings. Pleasant food near the office. A few welfare checks when the management feels like it.

Cons

Management likes to hire fresh graduates with expectations for them to deliver senior quality work. It doesn’t take long for management to redefine job scopes as and when they deem necessary. In management, emotions rule without logical reasoning; tantrums thrown from time to time; and there is no clear business sense or direction.

Pros

Great exposure to reputable accounts, though the work environment is heavily impacted by the boss's unpredictable mood. The office is conveniently located in Bugis.

Cons

The boss frequently makes contradictory decisions, unfairly leaving staff to take the blame. There’s no HR department to support employees, and salaries are only issued on the last possible day each month.

Pros

They give us a lot of staff benefits, more than I can imagine in another company, and the management is very kind. They are willing to give a second chance to former employees who were deemed useless, as they could only talk but never produce results. However, despite the kindness shown, the said ex-employee didn't appreciate it and lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). In the end, the judge dismissed the case due to lack of evidence, and the judge was very upset with the ex-employee for wasting both the judge's and the management's time

Cons

I've been working with this company for 5 years already, and I'm still going strong. During this time, I haven't seen any drawbacks, only that the management is too kind to the staff
