Pros
- Growth - since Mainspring is a start-up and still growing there is lots of opportunity for staff to grow within the organization - Employee appreciation - is shown through employee of the month/year awards, during monthly All Staffs and through other events such as Employee Appreciation Day. I feel that appreciation is not just shown through awards and events but also directly from senior leaders/managers. - Mission/Vision/Values - the company has a strong mission and employs staff who also align with the mission, vision and values of the organization. It feels like everyone is here for the right reasons (passionate about the field, clients and work) and working towards the same goals and mission when it comes to providing the highest quality client care to the communities we serve. I appreciate making an impact, having meaningful and purposeful work and feel others do as well. - Work-life balance - I feel Mainspring does a better job than most companies with work-life balance for their staff. Some roles do work involve on-call, weekends, holidays, have overtime needs etc.
Cons
- Benefits - overall, benefits package could be more competitive - however, I hope as the company continues to grow benefits will improve.
