Pros
As far as i am concerned , this is one of the best places to work in the world , great salary , fantastic bonuses , health care , it is certainly the place to be.
Cons
I think a lot of work need to be done to motivate the employees but apart from this i still maintain that it is a fantastic place to work and one that boasts of really smart people
