      Pros

      This company provides excellent homes for people to live, excellent community events. The construction side has great culture.

      Cons

      They started out with amazing culture but that changed very quick. They have let 6 people go - terminating without cause. Set expectations but do not provide the tools to execute them

      Owners were great. The vision is amazing

      The VP of property management is aweful. Terrible leadership, lies, Favoutism, micromangement and when she doesn't like you watch out you will be push out or fired.
