Constantly short staffed while being told you're overstaffed by metrics. Little appreciation and no compensation outside of base salary for the long hours often required to complete assigned tasks. Leadership says they do but actions show they do not value employees Pay discrimination for employees in same job roles with similar experience. Leadership does not honor their own documented values and rules written into their playbook. Leadership allows for toxic employees to remain on staff to harass other employees with an attempt to have them fired without repercussions for their actions. Lack of or poorly written documentation makes support difficult.
