      good salary, and no micromanagement

      Cons

      no proper supervision, high turnover of colleagues and directors, very heavy and stressful caseload. No control over the schedule. Employees do not feel like management cares about them

      Fun working with nurses and supervisors. Always put me on task and have such a cherishing mood.

      Cons

      I wish they were more communicative and allowed me to be part of more diverse tasks.
