Pros

The position was decent, I had a good relationship with most people and I learned a lot there.

Cons

Not always supportive and very old school management. This was before the company was purchased by Mailgun.

Pros

Working at Mailjet was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. A group of really passionate, smart individuals. There are a few offices spread across Europe and the US, but everyone works hard to communicate and collaborate despite the distance. Great work hard, play hard mentality.

Cons

Typical growing pains of any startup of this size. Email is a hard industry to break into, but we made some really great waves within the first two years of entering the US market. The team seems to have continued to grow since then.
