Pros

MailerLite is one of the first companies I've worked at where management 100% believes in empowering their staff to think and innovate how we can be better and do better. They are always turning to their employees for thoughts and suggestions on new ideas. MailerLite is a remote-first company that truly embraces the culture and encourages employees to travel and see the world. To help us form stronger bonds with each other, management brings us together twice a year. This company lives and breathes its core values, which is why we have happy employees and passionate clients.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any cons.

Pros

One of the main benefits of working for this company is the remote work option and the flexibility it offers. This is a significant advantage, particularly for those looking for work-life balance.

Cons

- Despite being a tech company, the compensation is average, and there seems to be little room for growth in terms of salary. The company does not appear very willing to pay competitively, even with relevant experience or performance improvements. - Personal growth in your role heavily depends on your team lead and the dynamics of your specific team. If you're unfortunate enough to have a passive or overly micromanaging team lead, your career development and day-to-day work experience can be significantly impacted. This lack of consistency in leadership can make it challenging to thrive and become demotivating after a while. - This is not necessarily a con, but it is worth mentioning here: Company values and company's frequent emphasis on them. While core values are essential, the constant push to reinforce them at every opportunity can feel repetitive. Sometimes they felt forced and overwhelming.
