Pros
Good People, restructuring and adding good talent. This is good because the company has grown significantly and needed to look to adding talent that have worked in larger companies. Management is really busy, but do seem to care about employees. Community focused. I enjoyed working there, the people are very loyal
Cons
Almost too fast paced. Location, not close to any large cities. The company is transitioning because of it's significant growth. Some employees are having a difficult time letting go of the old processes and philosophies. Not enough room because of the growth. Production footprint cramped and all the conference rooms are now office space.
