Great professional affiliation, hands on approach, frequent shift availability, understanding management team

Professional development process is overlooked, clients are often times disrespectful to staff & any conflict with clients, staff are often questioned as if they (we) did something wrong, poor communication in terms of ever changing rules, policies & procedures

They use ADP for timekeeping

In one of the first interviews, director was walking their dog. HR is very much biased against the employee and sides with managers. For the on-call position, they did not reach out once. Also taken off of a project in direct retaliation after complaint to HR.
