A lot of hours available; when administrator was there

Too numerous to list. Patient ratio is terrible, and not just when staffing is low at that day or on that shift, it's all the time. A lot of rude nurses, a lot of behavioral/professional behavior/language/ interactions between staff and staff, patients and staff, family members and staff.
