Pros

I've worked at one of the two founding companies of Magnitude Software for over a decade. We have had our share of bumps in the road and this last year was probably the bumpiest. However, now things have really turned around and we are now faced with the biggest and brightest possible futures in the history of either of our companies (Noetix or Kalido). We just closed $100 million in funding and that is a great demonstration in the faith that our investors have in our future.

Cons

Tough past year - critical for our growth as an organization but things were hard on employees. Hopefully now everyone can start to see their hard work making a difference.

The products are great technologically. The people that work here are some of the brightest, hardest working people I know.

Cons

While the management team says a lot of good things, they don't follow through. They talk about about employee development, but in my tenure here there has been zero effort made to actually develop good employees. When you are good at what you do, you end up stuck there, with no opportunity to advance your career. The company has also been rather sexist, at least historically. Women make up less than 10% of the company rank and file, and similar percentages of management. Women are relegated to "soft" roles like HR, customer success, etc. Generally there is a huge lack of diversity in the staff.
