Flexible Timings we can come at any time but leaving time depends upon RM- Only For Development. Good Choice For Fake Candidates,Freshers (HR People Mostly Prefer such candidates). No Dress codes ,No rules People will Help us to Search New job .
Cons
Few of Main Cons are No corporate Culture. No salary on time, no one knows when salary will be credited and how much will be credited. but salary deductions will be processed Strictly. wont Maintain PF balance Properly HR makes us fools in the first week in Induction. All of Employees having min 1.6Yrs Exp on in trails thats why they are called as Questers. HR policies are Not Good. Reference from Higher people will works perfectly with out having talent.
