      nice but old people - majority of people have been working here for 15-30 years at head office

      Cons

      you're working with dinosaurs who are not adaptable to change, their systems/programs are ancient and they will not set you up for success.

      Office politics at times, but you can typically overcome that with productivity, effort and advocating for yourself
