Pays the bills but not a longterm career - Quality Engineer Magna International Employee Review

Worked here for 3 years in quality, progressed from quality eng. To supervisor. Pays the bill but they will burn you out and expect you to work late and take calls all night at home. Much happier at my new employer (flex n gate) who lets me leave at 4:30 and doesn't guilt trip you into working 60 hr weeks without OT or extra compensation. Even a thank you goes a long way… but don't expect that at magna.
