Flexible but only because it lacks structure. There are not many more pros here. The awards they have won are a complete joke as stated above. They spent big money to win those awards in order to promote themselves so that they could sell their company which they were successful in doing. The owners were smart to sell. Now there might be a chance that this company cleans house and it could be run by qualified, experienced, ethical and professional individuals.

Too many to mention. Unethical, favourtism, unprofessional and run by under qualified, unethical upper management (some, not all,but a few long term ones that have zero experience elsewhere) If you are friends with the right people or know how to butter up the right people you are promoted into positions you are not qualified for. If you have no integrity or morals expect to do well here.
