-Sometimes hard to work between two countries, but as long as you are flexible everything always works out.

Very nice people- from managers to fellow co-workers, always talk at eye level with you and are open for suggestions. Stress free, welcoming work environment and flexible hours. There's always someone who looks after the employees - Great office manager! Nice after hours activities.

Limited option for advancement (in my position anyway). Open plan work environment - can sometimes get loud and noisy.
