I have an opportunity to work with great students that have come back to get their education no matter what life throws at them.

There are not enough time to work with the students to get a better understanding of each of the topic that we cover in class.

Magic is a great motivator and businessman who genuinely cares for his employees and community.

There is no con that comes to mind, however, some may view the quick and ever-changing environment as a negative. You must learn to adjust and adapt quickly.
