Pros
All workers are nice people. Can experience many small to big task and broad my insight. Since there are many good experienced executives who are open-minded, can get their experience by talking with them.
Cons
Since have to deal with too much task which is not really related one, cannot fully focus on task and develop it. Too many different project compare to the number of workers.
