Great management, good pay, easy work as long as you like to keep busy, easy to get time off, 401k plan available even for part time employees
Cons
corporate has made it more difficult to work and put more pressure on servers to sell more and more of everything and force alcohol sales. They do "performance based scheduling" which is really did you get lucky to get sat with people who want to spend a lot of money on alcohol
