The staff is very easy to work with. Everybody has their own responsibilities but if you are in need of help with anything, someone on the team will be by your side. The team has great leadership skills.

Some times loud with the factory attached to the office.

Interesting processes with lots of potential and opportunity to improve. Good customers base.

Poor leadership that is not willing listen to advice, change outdated management strategies or update obsolete equipment.
