      Pros

      Remote positions available so if you want to move or travel while working you can.

      Cons

      If management doesn’t like you or feels threatened by you you will get laid off. Even if you bring it up ahead of time. Discrimination is allowed to run rampant. Software is based off Foxpro. It’s old, outdated, has serious security risks, and you won’t be building any transferable skills.
