      Management sometimes risk-averse and innovation-averse Internal process sometimes to bureaucratic Some budget decisions seem short-sighted Lacks the unifying vision to innovate across departments Reputation somewhat tainted after AB bought the company

      Pros

      Monthly payments on time, still good name of employer, location in Prague 5 - new buildings

      Cons

      Primary business of current owner is not to make reliable newspapers, but only to make business (their own business). Thats why he (the owner) install in the board of the company managers from Kostelecke Uzeniny with their asocial leading style. They have no idea, how to comminicate with their readers as well as with employees.

      Management playing it safe so they could show small YoY growth and get their annual bonuses... But there is no incentive to achieve something greater.
