Pros
Strong focus on communication. Maestro is very transparent with pay, job requirements, and company goals. Constantly growing with opportunities to work with new technologies and build connections. A lot of independence in completing your work, no micromanaging and there is a lot of faith put in employees to do their part. Very flexible, comfortable, open work environment. Very low stress, easy to reach out for help. CEO and HR are easily reachable, no layers of bureaucracy or company hierarchy to work through just to get heard. Promotion of open-source technology.
Cons
Don't expect a cut-and-dry workload. Maestro is looking to innovate which means that a large part of how you work and achieve company goals is up to you, but that doesn't mean you dictate the company direction. Make sure to get feedback!
