      The hospital is a very friendly place to work. Everyone is very helpful when you need help with something. They offer a lot of great benefits.

      Cons

      The communication within the hospital is not the greatest. The pay is on the low end for the work that we do.

      Pros

      Forward Thinking Hospital in a rural setting. Work load that allows you to have a Quality Life. Salaries are fair. Great to have two affiliates (Mount Carmel Health and The Ohio State Univ. Medical Center).

      Cons

      Sometimes the depth of leadership is lacking.

      It's not a terrible hospital. They do try and accommodate you when it comes to work/life balance.

      Leadership too busy for real problems.
