Solid, established practice and I wasn't concerned about losing my job due to lack of patients. I was able to work independently with little micromanagement from the doctor which was a very big pro in this field.

There was a lot of questionable billing. I'm not a chiropractor but I've worked for quite a few of them. The amount of services and treatments each patient automatically received seemed excessive to me.
