Not all senior managers are qualified and they still get to stay in the company somehow. So you don’t learn and improve much from them, and you are made yo take bullets by your manager for their mistakes.

Love the people I work with. There's a great culture and comradery among the staff. The company is going through fantastic growth, and the work is challenging providing growth and positive performance in your role.
