Cons
Something was always broken or malfunctioning. The CT40s, the conveyor belts, there was even a door in the Shipping department bathroom that had a faulty door which would drift open, and didn't get replaced for years. Someone wrote in sharpie: "FIX THE (f-word) DOOR" and presumably someone from maintenance replied "BUY US THE PARTS" So, clearly there was dysfunction in even in the upkeep of the building.
Building management left a lot to be desired. I do not remember specifically which peak season it started (maybe 2023), but during peak season (November - December) they started turning off the free wifi, so we, the workers, could not use it. Presumably this was done to squeeze out a few more minutes of productivity. What ever the intention was, the actual, tangible effect was agitating off a great number of us, especially those who worked in areas of the warehouse that had low or no connection to mobile signals - so, you were essentially locked away from the outside world except for certain bathrooms and the front break room.
There is more, but I have said now what I felt like typing into words. Neglect and lack of accountability.
