Macrae provides a highly collaborative environment at a trans-Atlantic level. Everyone in the company is at the top of their job function; it's amazing to work in an environment where you are always surrounded by smart and hardworking professionals at every level in the organization.

Everyone is incredibly hard-working and it can be difficult to find work-life balance. The positive part of this is that the Company is always trying to find ways to promote collaboration in order to make it possible for employees to unplug.

An excellent team environment where the Partnership really cares about the success and wellbeing of all employees. Everyone in the company feels appreciated and respected regardless of title or tenure.
