Pros

- strong growth story over recent years in EMEA, particularly in Infrastructure (both principal and M&A business) - good place to start infrastructure career as you get a lot of exposure and responsibilities - very entrepreneurial environment

Cons

- the collegial culture is more and more changing to a bulge bracket culture, with the usual firing rounds - bonus for staff (particularly on the more junior end) is below he street, while amount of working hours is close to the bulge brackets - high staff turnover on junior and mid-levels
