Pros
Flexible working hours which is important if you have children. It is not you normal 9-5 job. They focus more that the work is done not the you are in the office on time. Director cares about his staff and will always find time to hear you out if you have any issue. Study cost can be covered
Cons
Working at a very fast pace is a normal day for us, so it might not be for everyone
