      The vacation policy is a perk.

      No career growth & Poor management. During my time at Machinio, I experienced little to no career growth. Starting out as an account manager (renewal specialist), the company provides little to no training. Additionally, they do not provide training along the way to enhance/better your skill sets. The role is set up like a call center where you call clients many times a day to collect payments. The role is very metric heavy.

      Simple structure job if comfortable with cold call sales; Internal process is clear since acquired by LSI; Different region teams varied

      Cons

      Poor leadership, the executive team was not willing to listen to feedback, only feedback on matters that affected sales and revenue, no feedback on poor leadership/cultural stuff, frequent hire and fire sales, almost all will leave in several months even strong sales personnel quit soon
