      1. Ability to work on new and challenging projects. 2. Young and energetic colleagues to work. 3. Your ideas are well listened.

      Cons

      1. Serious lack of good leadership. 2. Teams don't interact together and leads to loss of time and quality work. 3. There are plenty of people who are not serious about work they are there only to do time pass. 4. The HR is weak and lacks direction. 5. The company promises and don't deliver the when the time comes to increment and salary correction.

      1. The company is considered as a division within its parent organisation, leading to strange conflicts across functions 2. Poor performers are not penalised and good performers are not incentivised 4. Salary for middle management is below market standards while senior management earn more than market
