Good support from managers and office staff

No real cons that I can think of. Only thing is the office is a bit more dated compared to some of the other newer brokerages.

Place to just have an experience and move on.

Not a respectful workplace. Very hierarchical flow, no platform to submit feedback. Even HR is just doing job for pay. Leadership doesn't understands the Canadian culture and wants their employees to work as slaves without any acknowledgement of their efforts. No union, no job safety, and don't expect getting any raise. Pay is way less than the market rate of your skills. Don't expect or look at it to have a long career, unless you are ready to lick the boots and have no self respect.
