Great products, excellent reputation, can-do attitude from employees, excellent staff.
Cons
New management arrived recently. Hiring all their old buddies, none of which have any experience of this type of company. Massive salaries for new managers. Senior positions only advertised externally. Bonus system has not been paid for 6 months. Massive staff churn.
