Pros

Great and talented people, certain teams work really well together. Good skills are taught, suppliers in China are nice

Cons

Sales team are the only people management listen too, everyone else is irrelevant , turn over is big, us vs. them mentality, not a cohesive unit.

Pros

Work/Life Balance. Being connected to a mission that is greater than myself. Making an impact in a notoriously wasteful industry. Ability to bring my full, authentic self to work in a dynamic, supportive, respectful, work family pride environment. Intellectually stimulating, character building, and personal/professional growth

Cons

Small-ish, TEAL workplace with a lot of reliance on self-accountability to the team may not be for everyone. Personally I consider it an asset.
