      It was a great work environment and everyone was collaborative

      Cons

      Fast-paced and always changing process was difficult to keep up with if you were not in the corporate office.

      Pros

      Very flexible and willing to work with you for scheduling around family issues. Pay is good for what I do and they prefer to hire from within prior to hiring external candidates.

      Cons

      The workload can get to be a bit much, no shortage of work to go around. Not really a con, but it is the only thing I could think of.
