Cons
- Work culture is terrible. They watch you while you work, doesn't trust you. They will advise you to re-staple the documents until you get it right. Talk about micromanagement to the T! They are unprofessional, of course none of them really have a College/ Masters degrees but sure they have a 30 years of experience but no experience in management nor professionalism. But they will talk to you like they own you or scorn you about work that they never taught you. Nothing comfortable about this company at all. -Revolving door- why? Because they have NO HR. All are family related of some sort husband/ wives/ cousins. A few employees are the problem, they are domineering and very unprofessional. They can get away with it because they've been there long enough. They will treat you like crap if you make a mistake then if they make one, they will turn around and make it seem that it's your fault. That's why in 1 year, they can go through over 5-8 employees. This company have less than 15 people in the office and the turn around is horrible. -If you want flexibility on your work hours, forget it. They will tell you to work 1 Saturday a week and then change it. If you work Salary, you can work over 50 hrs with over 11 hours a day and if you are paid per hour, they can ask you to leave if it's not busy, therefore not making 40 hrs. Your work hours is subject to change, then you have no life after work. -You will be asked to a sign a 2 year disclosure, why do you think I am just leaving a feedback now? -If you want to feel embarrassed about their work, please apply. I had a customer with a freight sitting for 1 week in the dock and no one dared to move it because they want to move it with a cheaper trucking company. Some of their customers have left and moved to another company complaining about how their service and even rate can take a week! Very unprofessional. Most of the people who left this company are in better place now.
