Good company but needs improving in terms of salary & benefit - Project Engineer MWH Treatment Employee Review

Reasonable company, average salary and some very passionate and good staff.

I was very surprised by the director's attitude toward client bullying of MWH Staff. There was also a very high turnover of direct staff due to the above bullying and some unprofessional antics of senior management.

Great support and benefits for employees

Company doesn't keep up with financial trends and tries to keep staffing costs low.
