Where do I even begin? Trying to get time off here is like pulling teeth even when it's for something serious. Get ready to be ignored in emails and follow up emails. They want you in the office every day even when the job is listed as hybrid they will claim that's only for emergencies and even then it's like pulling teeth to get that. Get ready to be pigeonholed in your role, even if there's something you can help out with you will be told time and time again that's not your job and then what ever you are working on will come to a screeching halt while you wait for someone else to do their job even if they are backed up and asking for help.
A ton of inappropriate talk happens in the office all the time lots of politic and other conversations that are NOT professional at all. You can try to complain to HR and management but you will be shunned away and told to just "leave it alone". There's little to no privacy in the office the cubical walls are very low so every conversation is heard and some speak very loudly.
Don't even think about moving up or applying for something internally to move up you will be blocked. Also they will dangle a carrot in front of you to refer someone and get a 5k bonus. Guess what? They NEVER get hired and they will come up with some silly excuse as to why they aren't hired even when they are completely qualified for the job.
