Long hour, poor pay, no acknowledgment - Fund Accounting Officer MUFG Employee Review

Incompetence of the management (narrow minded), long working hours, salary is blocked after a few years, no promotion (money is saved on staff but not on the salary of the management), cold athmosphere, no parking, old fashion way of thinking (I do not see things improving).
